All sales of medical equipment and pharmaceutical supplies require proof of licensure, per applicable state and federal guidelines. Banyan will ship to any location within a US State or US Territory upon current license verification. If a facility has a location in another state, but no current licensure for that state, Banyan will only ship to the licensed location; the receiver can distribute the goods as their license allows.
